Part time or full time?

All courses on offer at Curtin Singapore are available part time for Singaporean citizens and permanent residents.

Easily the most common fear of potential students is that they won't be able to fit study into their already-busy schedule. That's understandable - work and family commitments usually take up the majority of your time. That's why we've designed our programs with the utmost flexibility in mind.

Part Time students are recommended to study 2 modules per semester (but can take more if they wish). Therefore students can complete 6 modules per year. Students do have the option to switch to full time study if they wish to.

A Bachelor of Commerce is normally 24 modules. Therefore part time, at a rate of 2 modules per semester, this would take 4 years to complete.

Similarly, a Master programs generally consist of 12 modules. Therefore part time at a rate of 2 modules per semester this would take 2 years to complete *

* Master of Professional Accounting, and Master of International Business 16 module versions could take 2.5 years to complete part time.
